Newly built apartment of 44 square meters near the beach that meets all needs, located in the center!
The property is located on the second floor of a six-apartment building (no elevator), with one bedroom and a living room with an American kitchen, a bright, spacious, modern, mechanized kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, electric hob and oven, coffee maker, hood, basic utensils for cooking and baking; plates, glasses, cutlery). The bathroom has a toilet, shower cabin, dryer and washing machine. The apartment also has electric heating and cooling-heating air conditioning. A double bed (140x200) in the bedroom, and 2 fold-out sofas (each 120x190) in the living room with an American-style kitchen provide a relaxing sleep.
For the duration of the stay, we provide 1 towel, 1 pillow with cover and 1 blanket with cover, sheet, kitchen towel, bathroom hand towel per person. We prepare a few rolls of toilet paper, soap, and dishwashing liquid, but beyond that, everyone has to take care of them independently.
The house has its own parking lot closed with a barrier, we provide a gate opener for this, so the apartment has 1 free parking space. You can arrive at any time after 15:00 on the first day of your stay, because the apartment has an independently solvable access code and a key safe. On the last day, you must leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. You cannot bring pets.
The train station and the bus station are located opposite the house, and nearby there are restaurants, buffets, a beer garden, a winery, and a farmer's market on Tuesdays and Saturdays during the summer.
The central beach is 500 meters away, shopping is a 1-minute walk away. It also has the winner of the Ice Cream of the Year 2023 (Florida Ice Cream) and the South Coast's first authentic Neapolitan pizzeria (A Pizza Sztori). We gladly recommend the Pincekert restaurant, where you can even eat Angus beef raised on Balatonfenyves pastures at a friendly price.
A few kilometers away is the year-round Balatonfenyves light railway, which can be used to reach Csisztafürdő, where a thermal spa awaits visitors. You can also marvel at the beauty of Lake Balaton during lunch at the Somoshegy lookout point with its unparalleled panorama, and on Szőlőhegy you can go for a walk on the Hamvas Béla Borút, an easy-to-follow hiking trail created at the initiative of the nearby Rubin Winery and Facsiga Birtok, where you can taste delicious, quality wines. ! The nearby Kis-Balaton offers an excellent opportunity for relaxation, from where Uncle Matula and Tüskevár are sure to pop in, but Hungary's most important buffalo reserve is also located here. Keszthely is 20 minutes away, Hévíz 30 minutes by car. In Keszthely, the Festetics castle, in Hévíz, medicinal water with a unique composition awaits you all year round.
