It is a great honor for us that you have chosen to stay with us.

We would like to share some important information with you:

When making a reservation, we kindly ask you to carefully read the characteristics of the room types (room size, amenities, etc.) to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

Unfortunately, the hotel cannot cancel or modify bookings made through the Szallas.hu system. In such cases, please contact Szallas.hu customer service. We appreciate your cooperation.

Check-in is available after 14:00, while check-out is between 9:00 and 11:00.

If you have not completed the online payment, the accommodation fee can be settled at the reception upon arrival. We kindly request your cooperation in this matter.

A deposit of 5000 Hungarian Forints (or 20 Euros) is required for room keys and should be paid in cash upon key card collection. The deposit will be refunded after returning the key card on the day of check-out.

Buffet breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00, and dinner (à la carte) is available from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive for dinner after the designated hours, please notify us in advance, and we can arrange in-room dining for a fee of 2500 Hungarian Forints per night.
Dinner: we always prepare our dishes for dinner using fresh ingredients, and we never use previously thawed components. For our half-board guests, our colleagues will always send the dinner menu for the day via SMS on the day of their arrival, allowing them to place their order for their chosen dishes in advance. We kindly request that you submit your choices as soon as possible!

Our wellness area is open from 09:00 to 21:00, and the use of the Jacuzzi is by appointment and subject to an additional charge (you can choose special "jacuzzi menu). It operates from May to October depending on weather conditions.

We are a pet-friendly hotel, and pet accommodation comes with an additional fee based on the size of the dog:
- Dogs weighing 0-2 kg: 4500 Hungarian Forints per night
- Dogs weighing 2-10 kg: 7500 Hungarian Forints per night
- Dogs weighing 10-30 kg: 12,500 Hungarian Forints per night
