Szallas Group Zrt. (hereinafter: the Service Provider) is committed to helping travelers find suitable accommodation. We continuously develop our digital experiences and systems for our wide travel community, including people with disabilities. A key goal of ours is to make the booking process as simple and convenient as possible. You can view our Terms and Conditions of Use here. In this spirit, we develop our Website and Application to ensure that our digital platforms are accessible and usable by as many people as possible.
The accessibility of the Service Provider’s digital platforms is carried out in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard level AA, as well as the EU technical standard (EN 301 549) and the relevant local legislation implementing these standards.
This statement presents the current accessibility status of the Website and Application and the non-accessible content elements identified.
Based on our internal audit, our Website and Application are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA requirements. Many of our interfaces are already usable with assistive technologies, but there may still be elements or functions that do not provide full accessibility to all users. We are continuously working to improve this and ensure that our users have the most positive booking experience possible.
This statement does not apply to elements not fully under the Service Provider’s control, such as: archived content, embedded third-party elements (e.g. videos, maps), external website links, documents from partners or users. The accessibility of these elements cannot always be guaranteed.
Currently, there are elements on the Website and in the Application that are not fully accessible. We do not yet provide a detailed description or examples, but refer to the partial compliance with WCAG standards. We are working on providing more detailed explanations and supporting examples. Based on our current assessment, the following issues may occur:
The main menu and some filters do not work properly with keyboard-only navigation.
Some images are missing alternative text or have inadequate descriptions (e.g. campaign banners, gallery photos).
Certain features may not be fully compatible with screen reader technologies.
The focused element may not always be clearly visible.
Some pages may have an illogical content navigation order.
Certain colorful buttons and texts may lack sufficient contrast.
Some touch targets may be too small.
Zooming content may affect certain functionalities.
Some form fields may lack clear labels, or the visible text may not match the information relayed by screen readers.
PDF documents generated during booking (e.g. payment confirmations, program coupons) may not always be accessible.
We are continuously working on fixing these issues.
In line with our commitment to continuously improve the accessibility of the Website and Application, we welcome your feedback. If you experience any accessibility-related issues while using the Website or the Application, please contact us. Your feedback helps us make our digital platforms truly accessible for everyone.
If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your inquiry or have further questions regarding accessibility, you may report the digital accessibility issue to the relevant supervisory authority:

Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Government Office – Consumer Protection Authority (In person or online via Client Gate)

This statement is reviewed and updated regularly during future, more comprehensive audits and ongoing development cycles to accurately reflect the Service Provider's accessibility status and its commitment to digital inclusion.
