"Tiszta, csendes, jó helyen lévő szállás."

"Megérkezéskor, előrefizetést és általuk felkínált on-line becsekkolást követően közölte a recepciós, hogy kéri a bankkártyámat, mert valamiféle általa sem teljesen értett "visszaélések" miatt először visszautalják a szállás díját majd újra levonják. A dolog lényegét nem értettük, semmilyen módon nem tájékoztattak erről előre, nem tudom ha nincs nálam kártya akkor mi lett volna... Ezt követően 2 órát vártunk a szobára, mert 3-tól lehet becsekkolni, de felajánlotta a hölgy, hogy szól ha kész. Így is történt, nagyon kedves volt és felhívott, mikor elkészültek. Mikor odaértünk nem volt ott, várnunk kellett még amíg odaér. Alepvetően jó a hely, de nem értem miért nem lehet egy kódot adni a vendégnek ha van online becsekkolási lehetőség...máshol ez már simán megy. És ez a homályos tranzakciós dolog se túl bizalomgerjesztő... A szoba teljesen rendben volt, szép tiszta, rendezett, csendes, kivéve a szagelszívót, amit sikerült túl közel építeni az ajtó vonalához, így könnyű kifelé menet fejjel nekimenni..."
