Our guesthouse built some years ago is situated by the hiking trail leading to Mount Zengő, right beside the forest, in the last family house of a quiet, traffic-free street. An 80-square-meter apartment is at your disposal here on the middle floor of our house. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room and bathroom. I can provide accommodation for 4 +1 persons. There is an LCD TV set, a DVD player, Internet access, a whole library and an exercise bicycle in the living room and a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, etc. in the kitchen for the comfort of our guests. There is a front garden with fruit trees, a vegetable garden and two playful Hungarian Vizsla dogs. We welcome guests arriving with friendly pets as well. Grapes grow in the immediate vicinity of our house and wine cellars await visits of wine lovers.
From our panoramic terrace (16 m2), you can admire our village, the surrounding Mecsek Mountains, farther away the Villány Mountains and, in clear weather, you can see as far as the mountains of Croatia. For guests who want to combine relaxation with excursions, it can serve as an excellent starting point for excursions in the Mecsek and visits to Pécs and Pécsvárad, towns with a rich historic past. The yard and the apartment are child-friendly: there is a sandbox, swings, a basketball hoop, football and toys that my children like using as well (motorcycle, scooter, tractor, sled, bobsled…) at the disposal of arriving children. If requested, a baby cot, a high chair, a baby tub or even a pram can be provided. As it can be seen, it is an ideal accommodation for families with small children, where I can help with occasional childcare as well.

I recommend it to all esteemed guests who long for silence and tranquility, who would like to wake up to a wonderful chorus of birds in spring, listen to a concert of crickets on hot summer nights while sipping wine on the terrace, admire from a close range the magnificent colors of the autumn forest or immerse themselves in the relaxing, deep silence of the snow-covered landscape on winter nights.
