"nem voltak"

"A panzióra 3 dolog miatt esett a választásom: - vélemények - saját étterem - kutyabarát kedves személyzet Ehhez képest mikor 18 - 18.30 között megérkeztem a szálláshelyre nem fogadtak kedvesen, az idősebb nő csak odavetette: "Kutya lett jelezve?!!" . Ehelyett vártam volna inkább kedves fogadtatást úgymint hogy utazott?, nehezen talált-e ide?, kutyusnak hozzunk-e vizet? (alapból más szállásokon legalábbis ezt tapasztaltam). Természetesen közöltem hogy lett a szallas.hu foglalásban jelezve a kutyus(amit ezek szerint nem olvastak el...) Kiderült míg tartottunk a recepcióra hogy az étterem mégsem működik(direkt úgy érkeztem a szállásra hogy csak ebédre ettem, azt terveztem hogy az éttermükben fogok megvacsorázni ami a szallas.hu-n és a szálláshely weboldalán is úgy van hirdetve hogy este 8-ig nyitva van... Majd a recepcióra értünk, belépve az épületbe nagyon hideg volt benn. Ezért rákérdeztem a fűtésre. Amire közölték hogy a konvektort ilyen gázárak mellett nem hajlandóak bekapcsolni a szobában. Összességében barátságtalannak, ridegnek éreztem a fogadtatást. A meghirdetett szolgáltatás (étterem) nem volt valós. A szoba magas ára miatt ahogy láttam más vendég is írt negatív véleményt. Talán még el is tudom fogadni valahol hogy a 28.000 Ft-os szobaárban nem fér bele a reggeli, de hogy őszi/téli időszakban a fűtés sem, az kritikán aluli."

"Anna kedvessége és a patyolat tisztaság."

"Sokkal több vendéget vonzana szerintem, ha a reggeli ára benne lenne a szállás árában, ami sok helyen működik. Panzióhoz képest, magas árért kínálják. Rugalmas hozzáállást várnak attól a vendégtől, aki már többször volt náluk, de cserébe a vendég szerintem nem kapná meg ugyanezt."

Kedves Andrea! Nem kimondottan szoktunk válaszolni az értékelésekre, de ezúttal kivételt teszünk. Volt idő mikor a szállás díja a reggeli ellátást is tartalmazta, viszont akkor azok a vendégek fejezték ki nem tetszésüket akik nem tartottak igényt a reggelire, mégis meg kellett fizetniük. Ezért opcionálissá tettük, a vendég kezében van a döntés, hogy kér-e reggelit avagy sem. Ez senkivel sem inkorrekt. Több dolog is indokoltá teheti, hogy valaki nem választja az ellátás lehetőségét. Önökön kívül azért még soha senki nem utasította vissza a reggeli ellátás lehetőségét mert az drága lett volna. Sőt, tavaly is ennyiért kínáltuk! Akkor sem tartotta senki drágának! Közben azóta élelmiszer árak 20-30%-al többe kerülnek! Teljesen korrekt, ár érték aranyú az ellátásunk, ami abszolút nem függ a szálláshely kategóriától. A rugalmatlanságot sem kifejezetten értjük, mi nem szóltunk egy árva szót sem a késői kijelentkezésükért sem! Reméljük a jövőben megtalálják az önöknek kedvező szálláshelyet!
