This holiday house was a significant part of my childhood, where I was able to grow up with wonderful moments. Fortunately, the cottage was not sold, but my beloved Grandmother left the property to me.
I decided I would like to share with others the many experiences this little semi-detached house can offer!

LOCATION
The semi-detached house is located in a resting area where all the immediate neighbors are very nice, and in the other half of the semi-detached house you can expect a young couple with two small children on weekends who are also kind, cultured, so to speak "good head" neighbors.
However, due to the location of the place, this guest house is not suitable for house parties and night gatherings!

OPPORTUNITIES AROUND THE HOUSE:
SANDPIT:
A small mini sandpit has been set up in the corner of the garden, where children can enjoy the sand
SWING:
Two swings were placed by the grandparents a few meters from the sandpit
SWINGBED:
A hammock was placed at the end of the garden with a comfortable sofa for lovers of relaxing
SUNBED BEDS:
we can offer two sunbeds for guests who want to tan (although there will be plenty of more opportunities for this during your stay :))
GARDEN GRILL:
Built-in garden grill with charcoal, oil and lighter for the perfect barbecue evenings / days
CAULDRON
On request, gas-fired cauldron with gas cylinder are available. We give you the cauldron, the gas, the flame, all you need is the ingredients a full evening cauldron dish
TABLE
An 8-person plastic table with 8 chairs and a wax tablecloth is available for al fresco dining and conversations.

WHAT CAN BE FOUND IN THE HOUSE?
GROUND FLOOR:

A bathtub has been installed on the ground floor.
LIVING ROOM:
In the living room there is a dining table for 8 people, In addition there is a flat screen TV with HDMI cable, a leather sofa and all the cutlery and utensils for cooking, all in the most beloved retro style cabinets from my grandma :)
KITCHEN:
2-phase electric hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, sink
BATHROOM:
The bathroom below has a bathtub
STREET VIEW ROOM:
The room facing the street has a bunk bed, which is excellent for up to three children under the age of 10 (the size below is a double), but also for two adults + a bedside table + a wardrobe
COURTYARD SIDE ROOM:
The courtyard room has two single beds and a wardrobe for clothes + a bedside table with a small lamp.

2nd. FLOOR:
GARDEN ROOM:
This garden-view room has a modern double bed with a wall-to-wall shuttering wall + a 5sqm private balcony.
Features a walk-in closet and bedside lamp.
STREET SIDE ROOM:
This street-facing room has a double bed and a baby bed.
BATHROOM:
The upstairs bathroom has a shower corner solution.
