"Locatie foarte aproape de centru, 20 min pe jos, in cartierul studentesc, langa fosta fabrica Guban. Orientare spre NV, drept pentru care nu am folosit AC chiar daca au fost 29 grade afara. Bucatarie dotata 3 farfurii, pahare, cesti cafea, cratita, produse curatenie. Baie dotata cu sapun/gel de dus Parcare in curtea interioara (contracost!) Lidl in spatele blocului Persoana de contact foarte amabila Self check-in absolut tot Una peste alta, a fost o cazare decenta."

"Bateria de la chiuveta de la bucatarie se misca, cred ca ar trebui sa intervina un instalator sa o intepeneasca. Nu erau slapi de unica folosinta, ci din plastic, folositi anterior. Locatie cu vedere spre bulevard, putin galagioasa chiar cu geamul inchis (termopan simplu)."
