In close proximity to Freta Street and the Old Town Market Place where numerous cafes and restaraunts are placed. Few minutes to Krasiński Square, public transport, and Krasinski Park. Ratusz Arsenal Metro station is 600m away from the studio flat.

- key pickup takes place at 4 Corazziego street ( office space no. 8 on the ground floor).
- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN

Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
