In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please call to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).

The facility is located in close proximity to hiking and cycling trails, in a quiet part of Kościelisko. It is an excellent starting point for mountain hiking. From the windows of most apartments there is a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains. The neighborhood is completely safe and peaceful.

Our guests can use the swimming pool and sauna free of charge. The swimming pool is open from 17:00 to 22:00, also in the morning during the season. The well-known Karczma Polany and a bus stop are located nearby. Access to the center of Zakopane takes no more than a few minutes.

We provide our guests with a parking space (additionally paid in the season).

Arrival, opening hours
The earliest time to arrive is 16:00, the latest time to leave the rooms is 10:00.
The personnel of the hotel can speak in English and Polish with you.
