"W czasie wiatru i deszczu dokuczliwy halas z dachu. Dach skrzypi jakby wiatr miał go zabrać a mial ok 18km/h. Blacha na dachu halasuje pracuję, wrażenie jakby podwiewało ją od spodu gdześ pod opierzeniami, nie daje to spać w nocy. Psująca się winda, musialem walizki wnosić na 3 piętro schodami. Słaby kontakt telefoniczny, dzwoniłem kilka razy nikt nie odbierał i nie odzwonił. Pisemny kontakt ok.
