We offer you one of the most attractive locations in Krakow. The facility is particularly popular among our guests due to its excellent location. The building is located in the heart of Krakow. Its neighborhood is completely safe and peaceful. The estate is guarded and there are two playgrounds for children. Well-organized public transport ensures good access to even the most remote corners of Krakow.

The decor of the apartments is varied, but all of them are characterized by a high standard and comprehensive equipment.

ATTENTION! Please note that renovation works in the neighboring apartments may be underway in the Novum facility and the construction of the second stage of the investment is underway. We apologize for inconveniences!

IMPORTANT!
In order to check-in before arrival, it is necessary to complete online formalities, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental fee (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax and any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g. parking staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the apartment using a code to the door or using a key machine, the code will be made available on the day of check-in after completing the formalities. You will receive information on how to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. Where key collection takes place at the local office, please call to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
