A cosy three-storey building with eighteen flats, situated about 200 metres from the beach and the promenade. Location of the flat in the vicinity of the park, and close proximity to the beach and the newly built promenade with a path for bicycles and roller skates, is an ideal place for relaxation and active leisure. The promenade connects on one side with the famous cross-border cycling and walking path leading to German towns, and on the other side with a part of the promenade with restaurants and attractions. In close proximity to the building there are graduation towers.

Our office is on the Lutycka Street. You will reach the entry and parking place from the Karsiborska Street (navigation: Karsiborska 1)
After 6pm you can pick up the keys from our safe under the condition that your stay is fully payed.
Note: the windows of the apartment overlook the construction of an apartment building.
