Ideal for families too

The Platan estate is located in the city centre near the Hilton Hotel. It is a fantastic place for families with children and for business trips. It is a modern location with four-storey buildings with lifts.The flat is located in the centre of Świnoujście near the Hilton hotel. In the area there are shops, restaurants, UBB station and a playground.

Not all apartments in the building have parking spaces in the underground garage (PLN 40 per day). Before booking, ask the property staff about guaranteeing a garage space.

Our office is on the Lutycka Street. You will reach the entry and parking place from the Karsiborska Street (navigation: Karsiborska 1)
After 6pm you can pick up the keys from our safe under the condition that your stay is fully payed.
