Apartment Batana is located on the first floor of a house in Bašanija, a small fishing village only 6 km from Umag. The area of ​​Bašanija is rich in pine forests and Mediterranean vegetation, with a clear sea, untouched nature, silence, and various types of beaches. The area is known for air with an ideal concentration of herbal and marine aerosols which promotes physical health and helps cure respiratory ailments. A feature of this area is the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, Savudrija lighthouse, which was built in 1818.
The house is surrounded by greenery in a quiet and sunny position. Ideal accommodation for families with children or a couple of friends.
The apartment offers a beautiful view from the balcony of the meadows, woods, and the sea.

Apartment Batana was renovated in 2019. and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and bathroom. At the entrance to the apartment, there is an entrance hall with a wardrobe and mirror. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200), wardrobe, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a small balcony, while the other bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, shelves with bedside lamps, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with a stove with 4 electric ceramic hobs, oven, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofa beds, safe, TV cabinet, hanging swing, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning. The living room opens onto an uncovered balcony equipped with a table with 4 chairs, a parasol, and a portable barbecue.
A vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board are at guests' disposal.

In the center of Bašanija there are restaurants offering excellent fresh fish specialties, a post office, two bars, a bank, ATM, a bakery, a fruit kiosk, a small supermarket, hair salon. - use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
