The building is situated in an excellent location, 300m from the tourist center of Medulin and the beach is distant only 10 minutes by foot. It offers two spacious apartments for renting; each with air condition, TV/SAT and free WiFi. There is also a barbecue in courtyard, available to all the guests. Pets are not allowed.
