Apartment Eva is located on the third floor of a residential building in Zambratija, a small fishing village only 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is very quiet, sunny, and surrounded by greenery. The sandy beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The proximity of a sandy beach with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas, a beautiful and equipped pebble beach, and a quiet area make the location of the apartment ideal for families with children, couples, or those who love peace.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a clothes hanger, bed linen is provided (change weekly). The bedroom opens onto a covered balcony equipped with a table and chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove with 2 gas and 2 electric burners, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed for one adult or two children, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The living area opens onto a covered balcony that is connected to the bedroom and offers a view of the park.

The area is unique and famous for its well-equipped sandy beach. Destino beach bar is a great place to spend relaxing evenings admiring the sea and beautiful sunsets with delicious drinks. Nearby are two pebble beaches, and rocky and concrete with bars along the coast. Near the beaches, there are pines or other plants where you can shelter from the sun in the hottest hours of the day. A small supermarket with an adjoining bar is great for morning coffee. In the center of Basanija, 500 m away, there are restaurants offering excellent fresh fish specialties, a post office, two bars, a bank, ATM, a bakery, a fruit kiosk, a small supermarket, hair salon.
Nearby is the tourist resort Savudrija, which offers various sports and entertainment facilities. The Adriatic Golf Club with an 18-hole golf course is 4 km away. The port of Savudrija is 3 km away where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen. The surrounding area is rich in bike paths and promenades by the sea.
The center of Umag is only 5 km away.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend that you go to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, an equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.

For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
