"A leírás alapján a tengerre néző erkélyes szobát ígért homokos és kavicsos parttal, ehelyett egy ablak nélküli földszinti szobát kaptunk,,..ami sötét , zárt és levegőtlen volt. A tenger part még légvonalban sem közelítette meg a leírtat ami 50-200 méter volt. Sem homokos sem kavicsos rész nem volt, beton placc volt az egész part rész. Ráadásul a kilátást beültetett fák takarták."
