Beautiful penthouse apartment (2 terraces) with fantastic sea views and whirlpool for 5 people who more than deserve their 4 stars!

The house is located right at the beginning of the "love journey", which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Various Mediterranean plant species grow around the house giving the residents a healthy and fragrant breeze.

This apartment, newly renovated in 2014, leaves all the best to its users. It consists of two floors. The lower floor is on the second floor, where the entrance to this dream apartment is located.

Lower floor
The lower floor consists of an entrance area leading directly to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. From the dining room you have access to the balcony.

Right next to the dining room there is a spacious living room which, in addition to its sea view, has its own furnished balcony with a view of the old town of Crikvenica, called "Kotor", and the crystal clear sea. On this floor there are also two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upper floor
There is significantly less space on the upper floor. It consists of a children's room, bathroom and an unsurpassed roof terrace with a whirlpool with 5 seats. While cooling off in the modern whirlpool or indulging in a massage, you have a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay.

Fitness enthusiasts will find some exercise equipment, such as Orbitrek, fitness bikes and others.
