The 50 m2 accommodation on the top floor is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living room and a dining room with a kitchen.

In addition, the apartment has its own furnished balcony.

In front of the house is a city park which is only a few meters from the sea. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Upon arrival, the homeowner will reserve a free parking space in front of the house for you. It is a public car park and when you set off, you must look for free parking in the area when it is no longer available. At a distance of 50 meters there are paid parking spaces for which you can buy a daily pass.
