Spacious apartment of 60 m2 is located in Montenet, which is part of Zambratija, a small fishing village just 4 km from the center of Umag. The area is very quiet, surrounded by greenery. Ideal accommodation for families with children, couples, and for those who love peace, nature, and comfort.
The apartment was renovated in 2021 and is located on the ground floor of a family house and offers a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. It is immersed in nature, surrounded by olive trees and meadows. The beach is easy to reach in 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is decorated with great care and love. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), bed linen is provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, towels for the bathroom two per person (changed weekly). The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery and pots, air conditioning. The dining room next to the kitchen is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying morning coffee in peace. In the fenced yard, there is a barbecue with a table, benches and 4 deck chairs, and private covered parking.

The sandy beach is 700 m away, a bar and a shop 500 m away, and a restaurant 400 m away.
The area is surrounded by private houses, olive groves, meadows, near the natural beach (rocky) with a little crowd for those who love peace and a clean sea. The beautiful and famous sandy beach Zambratija, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas, ideal for families with children is only 700 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. "Destino" beach bar is a great place where you can spend relaxing evenings admiring the sea and beautiful sunsets with delicious fast food and drinks. The pebble beach where deckchairs and parasols can be rented is only 850 m away. Some of the mentioned beaches nearby are surrounded by trees for shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.
The coast of Zambratija is rich with small bars by the sea. A small supermarket with an adjoining bar is great for morning coffee and basic groceries. In the surroundings, there are various possibilities for sports, promenades, and bicycle paths surrounded by greenery. You can spend your evenings in excellent restaurants offering fish specialties, pizzerias, or beach bars.
The center of Umag is 4 km away.
In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.

For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. * We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioner and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
