Apartment Milena is located in a small village Biribaci near the town of Umag, in a quiet area away from the city noise. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, surrounded by greenery. Free parking is available in the yard in front of the house. It is an ideal accommodation for those who love nature, privacy, and peace and enjoy this fantastic ambiance of the surrounding nature. Cycling enthusiasts can enjoy rides on the beautiful nearby cycling or field trails.

Apartment Milena of 53 m2 consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside tables with bedside lamps, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, outside window, two bathroom towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with a stove with four electric hobs, oven, range hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining table with four chairs, sofa bed for two people, flat-screen TV with satellite programs, free Wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning. The kitchen leads to the stairs leading to the yard. In the yard, there is a table and chairs for sharing, where you can spend relaxing moments in the shade. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a large covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard.

The shop is located at a distance of 2 km near the camp Finida or 2.5 km in Lovrečica, pizzeria Babići 800 m, pebble beach Lovrečica 2.5 km, rocky beach Finida 1.5 km while the center of Umag is only 7 km away. Camp Park Umag, which can be reached on foot and use the camp's swimming pool, is 4 km away.
Near the house, there is a chiropractic office with saunas and hot tubs, which can be used at an additional cost and by arrangement.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend that you go to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.

Grožnjan is a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade is a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. - respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
