Comfortable holiday apartment with a nice living / dining room and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom without a toilet with a shower, a separate toilet and a balcony with a beautiful sea view.

The apartment is not far from the center, beach, restaurants and shops, and yet far enough away from the tourist bustle.

The simply furnished apartment for 2-3 people is located in Novi Vinodolski.
The approx. 35 m² of the apartment on the 1st floor are divided into a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living / dining room with kitchen. In the living area there is a sofa bed for 1 person.
The approximately 5 m² balcony with sea view is equipped with a table and chairs. In the outdoor area of the ground floor you can use the garden and the large grill fireplace, which is available to all guests of the house.
