Apartments NINA are located in a good position near the most beautiful hotels in Rovinj, close to the sea and close to the center. They are 800 m from the town, 300 m from the shop, 300 m from the hotel, 400 m from the first beach. They have 3 larger apartments for 4 persons, one studio apartment for 2 people and one double room for 2 people with a private entrance and kitchenette.

Apartment 2. Comfort Apartment
It is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms with double beds. In one room there is also a bunk bed. In the living room, the sofa can be extended and can be used as a bed for two people. It has 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The total square footage is about 80-90 m2. It has two balconies, a large one approx. 13 m2 and a smaller one approx. 5 m2.
If 4 people come and want to use both bathrooms, the second bathroom is charged an additional 10 Euro per day.

Apartment 1. Standard Apartment
It is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of a kitchen, two rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each room has a double bed for two people. It can accommodate a total of 5 people. The total square footage is approx. 60-65 m2. It has two balconies, a large one of 13 m2 and a smaller one of approx. 5 m2.

Studio Apartment 3.
It is located on the ground floor. It consists of a kitchen, a bathroom and a double bed for two people. The total square footage is approx. 25 m2. There is no balcony, but a private table can be used to sit in the garden.

Superior Apartment 5.
It is located on the ground floor. Very spacious and comfortable, about 80m2 square footage. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one room has a double bed and the other room has two single beds for 1 person), living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with balcony furniture. The balcony is about 25m2 in square footage.

Modern double room 4.
It is located on the ground floor. It consists of a double room for 2 people, a bathroom and a kitchenette that is used for preparing breakfast. The total square footage is about 20m2. There is no balcony, but a private table can be used to sit in the garden.

All accommodation units have air conditioning for heating and cooling, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
