"Meglepően tiszta állapotban kaptuk meg az apartmant. A szállásadó kedves volt nagyon, a felmerült fizetési problémát konstruktívan kezelte. Egyéb problémánál is elérhető volt viberen, azonnal segített. A szomszédok is nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek (lásd a negatívumoknál). A parkoló kellően tágas, több autó fér el kényelmesen, mint amennyi apartman kiadó."
"Pár apróság volt: 1. a szállás nem a szallas.hu által megjelölt lokáción volt, hanem odébb kb. 50m-rel légvonalban, ami a domborzati viszonyok miatt kb. 300m autóval. A helyes koordináták: 44,7929796, 14,7070352 2. a szallas.hu-n közölttel ellentétben nem lehet bankkártyával fizetni a hátralékot helyben. 3. a háziúr (a szállásadó hölgy bátyja) nem tud egy kukkot se angolul, bár nagyon segítőkész. A szállásadó hölgy beszél több nyelvet is, de ritkán van ott személyesen. 4. a bojler egy lámpakapcsolóval kapcsolható, ráadásul a többi között eldugva. A gyerekek azonnal megtalálták, így második nap nem volt már meleg vizünk. Miután sikerült átlendülnünk a nyelvi akadályokon, hamar megoldották a problémát amúgy."
