In a part of the old town of Crikvenica there is this pleasant apartment which consists of two floors. Two floors are on the first and second floor. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the center and the beach.

1st floor
This floor offers a living / dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom and access to a 22 m2 balcony with sea views.

2nd floor
Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed to the back of the house (a room with a window) and another bedroom with a double bed that has its own balcony and sea view.

Private parking is about 50 meters from the house. The parking lot is suitable even for two smaller vehicles.
