This fantastic penthouse apartment is located in a heavenly quiet side street of the quiet resort of Dramalj-Crikvenica, a popular holiday resort located in the Kvarner Bay.

The nearest rocky beach is only 370m away, the next pebble and beautiful pebble beach is only 450m away. The official nudist beach "Kacjak" is 3.1 km away in the camp of the same name and offers many hidden coves a paradise for nudists!

The popular sandy beach "Crni Mol" (1.4km) is located in Crikvenica. The official dog beach "Podvorska" (Monty's beach beach & bar) is located in Crikvenica (3.5 km) and the dog beach is number one on the list of top 5 beaches for dogs on the Adriatic!

The pizzeria is 350m away, the small supermarket Konzum or the recommended restaurant Domino are a walk away. The large Duga Mall is 1.4 km away, a market square, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and discos are located in the center (2.2 km).
