This apartment is in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kaštel Sućurac. Owing to the elevated location, it affords a great view of the surroundings, the sea and the islands.
Goran apartment is on the ground floor, totals 70m² and can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The air-conditioned living room-kitchen has a two sofa bed (160 x 210cm) for four people, a coffee table and satellite TV, as well as a dining space with a table and four chairs. Right next to it there is the open kitchen unit with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom, which also has a washing machine, has a shower, WC, washbasin and cupboard with a mirror, with storage space.
The apartment has a furnished terrace that you can make yourself comfortable on in the evenings. You can also spend time in the extensive garden of the apartment building. There is a grill area. The apartment has its own parking space. The owner lives in the same building. There are two other apartments in the house.
It is about a kilometre to the seaside. There are cafés, restaurants and shops in Kaštel Sućurac, about 800 metres away.
