ARBORETUM 1:
This 2018 newly renovated apartment for 2 to 4 people is located in the popular district of Crikvenica, near the sandy beach.

This apartment consists of a cozy living / dining room with a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
From the living area you have access to the balcony of the apartment, which is covered.
In this apartment there are two air conditioners, one in the living area and the second in the bedroom, so that it is pleasantly cool even in the heat of the apartment.

A parking space is on the property of the house. A photo of the parking lot can be seen in the picture gallery.

This apartment can be booked together with apartment 22577 and used as a large apartment because the apartments are connected by a partition door. The partition door can be unlocked by the landlord as required and is only unlocked on customer request.
