"A szálláshely megfelelt. A sziget gyönyörű, mindenhol homokos tengerpart. Amerre néztünk mindenhol fák, zöld növények. Ezt látni kell!"

"Ami elrontotta e csodásnak tervezett nyaralást az a szálláshely címe. Sajnos rossz címet kaptunk, valamint nem kaptuk meg a szálláshely tulajdonosának nevét és telefonszámát. 3 órán keresztül kerestük a szállást a 40 fokos melegben. Találtunk a foglalásunkon 1 telefonszámot, elkeseredésünkben felhívtuk, kiderült, hogy a horvát információs iroda. Könyörögtünk, hogy segítsen rajtunk, nem találjuk a címet, hozzá teszem hogy rengetegen segítettek volna az ott élők között, de senki nem tudott. Kértük, hívja fel a szállástulajdonost, visszamegyünk a komphoz, találkozzunk ott. Az irodában ülő hölgy közölte, hogy a munkaideje letelt, nem tud segíteni! Elsírtam magam! Nem értettem, hogy miért nem találjuk a szállást. 10 éve a google útvonalterv segítségével igazodunk ki idegen helyen, most miért nem? Végül az irodában ülő hölgy felhívta a tulajdonosokat és találkoztunk a komp kikötőnél, így jutottunk el szállásunkra. Ami miatt nem találtuk meg, hogy meg változott az utca neve!!!! Véleményem szerint ezt nyomon kellene követni a szállás.hu csapatának. Ez hatalmas keserűséget okozott. Délután 3 órakor a szigeten voltunk és 7 óra lett mire elfoglalhattuk szállásunkat."
