Building is located 550m from the tourist center and 250m from grocery store. This modern apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate 4-5 people. It offers two bedrooms, air-conditioned living room with kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and a balcony overlooking the church. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: electric stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Bedrooms are not air conditioned. Guests also have WiFi, bed linen, towels and one parking space. Pets are not allowed. There is a bicycle storage room in the basement of the building. Groups of young people are not acceptable.

"Az apartman és maga Medulin is gyönyörű szép, nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Az apartman tágas, nagyon modern és extrán felszerelt. Nagy teljesítményű hajszárító, nedves törlőkendő, betét, öblítő, tisztítószerek, olló, ragasztó, felmosó, vasaló, pirító, extrán felszerelt konyha, légkondi. Amit csak el lehet képzelni, minden megtalálható volt az apartmanban. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A strandok gyalog messze vannak, ha az ember strandfelszereléssel cipekedik, de erre a leírás alapján számítottunk is. Plodine, Lidl üzletek, pékség közel vannak az apartmanhoz. Az Alba Chiara Beachnél nagy, ingyenes parkolót találtunk, a tenger gyönyörű. A napágyakat igen drágán lehet bérelni, érdemes inkább plédet vinni magunkkal. Összességében nagyon szuper volt minden, biztosan vissza fogunk még térni ide."
