I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the accommodation. You have everything written what the object offers. You can not expect microwave or a washing machine if that is not stated.
We have guests from other advertiser and have usually very good opinions from the guests. I do not agree with that that it was not clean.
This the first time that I hear negative opinions from the guests. You should read and notice what is waiting for you in your accommodation.
If you wanted more equipment you could book a more expensive object. I am always doing my best and I am happy when the guests are satisfied. It is not so nice from you to write this things that I did not see.
