House Sunway is located in the coastal village of Dramalj, not far from the Crikvenica resort. The house has six apartments with the following capacities:
Sunway 1: for 2-4 persons; 37 m²
Sunway 2: for 2-4 persons; 37 m²
Sunway 3: for 2-4 persons; 37 m²
Sunway 5: for 2-4 persons; 34 m²
Sunway 7: for 2-4 persons; 37 m²
Sunway 8: for 2-4 persons; 37 m²
Guests can use a shared barbecue and a pool table.
For added enjoyment on hot summer days, there is an outdoor jacuzzi totally free for you. There is a seating area with 3 seats and 2 beds nearby, and the appointment is arranged with the landlord to schedule an appointment. Persons under the age of 15 are not permitted to use it.
If the kitchen is not left in a tidy condition and the garbage is not removed, a final cleaning fee of €50.00 will be charged.
Parking spaces are provided for you on the property.

Shady ground floor apartment with limited sea view.
The apartment consists of a living / kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a covered terrace.
In addition, the guests of this apartment have a covered lounge with a biliart table and an additional covered terrace with a grill.
