The newly built apartments (2017) of 55 m2, furnished with care and love in a modern style, have everything you need for a holiday in full comfort. The apartments are located in a holiday home with 6 apartments of the same type for rent. The house is located in a quiet location in the village Volparija which is part of the area Savudrija - Umag. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air thanks to the pine forest of the area, for its nature and peace. A feature of this area is the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, Savudrija lighthouse, which was built in 1818. The beach is easy to reach in 10 minutes on foot, which is about 900 m away. Great accommodation with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Children are welcome.

Apartments Elia 1 and Elia 2 are located on the ground floor with a covered terrace (7m2) equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the private garden, apartments Elia 3 and Elia 4 are located on the first floor while apartments Elia 5 and Elia 6 are located on the second floor with a covered balcony (7m2) equipped with table and chairs overlooking the surroundings. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, and a safe, while the other bedroom has a bunk bed (2x 80x200) and a wardrobe. In the living room, there is a corner sofa with a sofa bed for two people (150x200), bed linen is provided (changed weekly), flat-screen TV with satellite programs, free Wi-fi internet connection, and a coffee table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with 4 electric ceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, table, and chairs. The entrance to the apartment is equipped with a chest of drawers with a mirror, a clothes hanger, and air conditioning. Each apartment leads from the kitchen to the terrace or balcony of the apartment.

For shared use, the house offers a fenced garden and parking, and an outdoor uncovered pool (7x3 m rectangular pool of 24 m2, depth 140 cm with staircase to the entrance) in function from 30.03.-19.10. equipped with an outdoor shower, terrace around the pool of 25 m2 has deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue area, on request iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

Nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, pebble, concrete, and rocky, for every taste and need. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and is rich in vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.

Near the house, there is a restaurant and gas station just 200 m away. The nearest supermarket is 1000 m away in Bašanija. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, relaxing walks along the coast, cycling, water sports, horseback riding, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing, for golf lovers (courts nearby), tennis courts are 1.5 km away, for nightlife simply go to Bašanija, to Bora Bora bar which is located by the sea near the famous Savudrija lighthouse. There are no missing bars and excellent restaurants nearby. The port of Savudrija, where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen, is only 2 km away.
The center of Umag is only 6 km away.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, an equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan, is a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade, a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. Various excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Lim Channel, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a beautiful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. * We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
