It is on the first floor on a 30 m² area and consists of a dining room and kitchen with exit to the balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet. A grill, air conditioning (for a fee) and wireless Internet access are available. A parking space is in front of the house and the landlord lives in the same house. The proximity to the beach of only approx. 50 m is a big advantage of this studio app.
