This house is in a very nice setting and is surrounded by natural scenery. It offers two apartments with the following capacities:
                                         KATICA: for 4-8 persons; 76 m²
                                         KATICA 2: for 4-8 persons; 80 m²

Individual description of each apartment:

KATICA:
The apartment itself consists of a living / dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms overlooking the sea and access to the balcony of the apartment, two bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
Just below the house is a large garden, with plenty of room for children.

There is a parking lot behind the house.

Living / dining room and kitchen are in one room, single sofa bed, tiles floor, SAT TV

Description Kitchen:
Kitchen, dishes, kitchen towels, electric and gas cooker combined, heaters: 6, oven, refrigerator and freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher

KATICA 2:
The apartment has a living room-dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the two bedrooms you have access to a large beautiful terrace.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and you can use it for a fee. In addition, the apartment has internet.

There is a parking lot behind the house.
