"The apartment is very lovely. It’s old school furnishings, but things work. The land lady is very, very friendly and welcoming! There is no balcony, however there is a porch out front that is for the apartment, which has exquisite views of the town and water - particularly at sunset. Beware: there are A LOT of stairs up to this apartment from the town. If you’re dropped off by taxi at the bottom, this won’t be fun with luggage. There is a road behind the apartment, so perhaps ask prior to arriving if it’s possible to get that address - or description - to give to the driver. Also, it won’t be possible to come to Dubrovnik without climbing stairs, so please do not let that keep you from booking!"

"The views are incredible!!!! Our host and her husband drove us to the emergency clinic and pharmacy at no cost. They helped translate for us and even presented us with homemade baked delicacies and a bottle of wine. We're so appreciative of their kindness towards all 6 of us.

I would like to say that the drain in the bathroom floor can omit an awful odour which I'm sure is easy to rectify. It's a stale-water odour.

We highly recommend Apartment 9099."
