"Leider nicht empfehlenswert
Das einzig positive war der schöne Ausblick aus dem Balkon aus den 5. Stock und das direkt gegenüber ein schöner steinstrand war. Und Hunde sind in der Unterkunft erlaubt. - Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng und klein, man kann seine Koffer im Schlafzimmer nicht mal richtig öffnen und auspacken, es gibt kaum Stauraum Möglichkeiten da der Großteil zu geschraubt ist oder abgeschlossen ist da dort private Sachen gelagert werden (als würde hier noch wer in der nebensaison wohnen)
Im Badezimmer kann man sich nicht bewegen, nur einmal im Kreis drehen es ist sehr eng und die Tür öffnet sich nicht komplett
Die Möbel sind teilweise Schrott, die Stühle sind alle instabil und drohen einzubrechen. Im großen und ganzen auch nicht sauber gehalten, man fühlt sich leider nicht wohl hier - es ist alles ohne Liebe gehalten. Zudem sind die anderen Bewohner des Gebäudes super unfreundlich und verscheuchen parkenden Touristen und pöbeln die Touristen an.

Es wurden für 4 Personen nur 3 Dusch Handtücher gestellt, diese sind schon alt und ausgeblichen.
Ameisen sind überall, das Apartment befindet sich im 5. Stock, es ist zwar ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden aber vorher muss man sehr viele Treppen hoch gehen. Im Treppenhaus und im Fahrstuhl stinkt es. Der Vorplatz draußen ist dreckig und vollgemüllt und es stinkt nach Kanalisation.

Es ist eine Frechheit 10€ pro Tag für den Aufenthalt eines Hundes zu nehmen.
So oft wie ich in Kroatien Urlaub gemacht habe, habe ich immer nur max. 5€ pro Tag bezahlt.
Mit dem Hund gibt es keine Gassi Flächen neben dem Haus, eine sehr viel befahrene Straße ist vor dem Haus und somit sehr gefährlich für Kinder / Tiere.

Die Gastgeber / Verwalter des Hauses sprechen kein Wort Deutsch, Englisch oder etc. Wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, sie sprechen nur kroatisch und somit ist eine Verständigung überhaupt nicht möglich."
