Cozy and lovely apartments WOOD and STREET are located on the ground floor of the holiday house, on a quiet street. The apartments are bright and cozy, and it fits up to 4 persons, making it ideal for smaller families or couples. It has a spacious terrace with a grill and outdoor pool which are for communal use.
The modern and colorful apartments consist of a bedroom, living room with an additional sofa bed for two persons, kitchen with dining area, and bathroom with shower and toilet. They have a spacious terrace with a garden and grill ideal for spending unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
Apartments have TV/SAT, BBQ, private parking, and a pool for communal use. Studio India consists of a small kitchen, a dining area and a double bed located in one room and a bathroom in another room. The Street and Wood apartments are equipped with air conditioning, while the India studio does not provide this option.
Peaceful neighborhood close to the center of the town of Njivice (approx. 2 km). Apartments are approximately 800 m from the beach.

"Rendkívül közel van a tengerpart, több kisbolt is elérhető, nagyon szép helyen található."

"Sajnos nincs klíma az also szobában (ennek a tudatában foglaltunk) amennyire aranyos és kedves volt a személyzet sajnos nem tudott angolul, annak ellenére, hogy az oldalon az van feltüntetve (az utazási iroda beszélt csak angolul) kicsit puritán a fürdő-konyha, látszik hogy nagy fürdőből lett kialakítva a kis konyha, de ár érték arányban megfelelő. A víznyomás borzalmasan gyenge, valószínűleg átfolyós vízmelegítő van ami pedig elég zajos."

"Valójában a szállás tulajdonosa egy nappal az érkezésünk előtt kiadta az ingatlant. Helyette a King apartmant kaptuk meg, amely Njivice központjában a tengertől 200 méterre található. Az ingatlan csendes, kényelmes, tiszta, jól megközelíthető és jó felszereltséggel rendelkezett. Valójában a cserével jobban jártunk."
