"Soggiorno Luka apartments
Casa con vista mare e vicino alla spiaggia (4/5 minuti a piedi). Appartamento un pi datato comunque con clima,cucinotto con frigo e bollitore.Zona tranquilla. Vicino al porticciolo e ristoranti - Non aspettatevi lusso comunque pulita e accogliente. Forse un microonde sarebbe gradito"

"- Le foto del sito non corrispondono alla realtà (giardino poco curato, arredamento decadente, assenza di armadio), scarsa igiene (non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, pulito il pavimento, c''era polvere ovunque e avevamo una scopa vecchia e un mocio in comune con le 8 camere del piano) e sicurezza (antenna installata ad altezza uomo pericolosa durante i forti temporali che ci sono stati, boiler con fili della corrente a vista paralleli alla doccia, nessuna illuminazione in corridoio e nel cortile). È stato impossibile passare del tempo sereno in appartamento, costringendoci a fare lunghi spostamenti per non vivere il disagio dell''alloggio. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare il soffione della doccia e ne hanno lasciato uno usato; a causa dell''abbandono del giardino e della vegetazione incolta, il terrazzo, unico spazio in cui si poteva mangiare, era invaso da cimici, scarafaggi e mosche. Non sono disponibili nemmeno ad un basso risarcimento, non vale i soldi spesi."
