House with few apartments, perfect for vacation with family ore group of friends. The house is situated in a quiet area of Njivice, only 10 min to the sea by walking path near the house. The nearest beach is the biggest one in Njivice and because pebble beach and fine sand in the sea is perfect for families with kids. On disposal to all guests is shared terrace with barbecue and garden. In front of the house there is parking with parking spaces. Owner lives in house and will be at your disposal.

"Ennél jobb szállást nem is találhattunk volna! Nagyon kedvesek a szállásadók, úgy fogadtak mint a családtagokat, és úgy is búcsúztak el. Mindíg megkérdezték, hogy érezzük magunkat, minden rendben van e. A tengerhez vezető út lefelé könnyen elérhető volt, felfele kicsit emelkedős, de ez sem volt akadály. Minden elérhető közelségben volt, nyugodt helyen. Lehetett grillezni, ha szükség volt eszközökre, kérdés nélkül adtak, fát is ajánlottak, ahol csak tudtak segítettek. Mindent egybe véve csak pozitív véleményünk van❤️"
