ABOUT US

Family Franic is welcoming guests since 2000. Our motto is: every guest in our house should feel "like home". We try to present the Dalmatian culture and life through socializing with guests over a glass of wine and a friendly chat about dalmatian lifestyle and culture. The satisfaction of our guests who return year after year is pushing us forward to offer even better holiday experience in the future.

Our house is located on great position, just on the half way between Split and Dubrovnik, balconies looking at Pelješac and Hvar. You are able to visit many places north and south and still have enough time to take a rest on beach and swim. In front of the house is beautiful Adriatic sea and behind is Rilić mountain, where you can go by bike or trekking.

Brist is great place to have peaceful vacation, spending time on the beach, walking or jogging near the sea (16km of road just for walkers). Here you can have a glass of wine and listening to the waves, breathe fresh maritime air and enjoying an amasing sunset, especially in late August and September. In the morning have a cup of coffee on the balcony and look on the Pelješac Peninsula and Island of Hvar. if you are lucky you will see dolphins. The place is very convenient for families with kids as the traffic is very low. We have a lot of culture and tradition to show, weather about history, gastronomy, olive oil producing, fishing,... very close to our house you can have great dinner in family-run restaurant, we call it "konoba" where you can try dalmatian specialities, all fresh, hand made and delicious in traditional ambient. Also there is olive oil house where you can explore how is olive oil produced, try different sorts of oil and you can buy award-winning domestic olive oil, also family-run business.

Parking is right near the house and is included in price of the apartment (one car per apartment). If you are coming from the airport you can rent a car, use bus service or we can come and pick you up.

We have our own parking place and grill. All apartments are equipped with WiFi, SAT TV, air condition, linen and towels. We offer you information booklets about South Dalmatia as well as tourist maps of Split, Dubrovnik,...

TRIPS, EXCURSIONS, GUIDES
On your wish, we organize boat and fishing trips to Hvar or Pelješac, the boat is going every day :)
On your request,we can organise trips to Dubrovnik,Međugorje,Mostar and Korčula. We can also rent a boat or even organise kite-surfing tour, rock climbing, olive oil producing school or diving school. Guests are free to use our small boat with oars.
We have motor boat and make panoramic trips with it, also we have 7.5m boat with sails and can organise all-day excursion around Pelješac Bay.

Ferry for Hvar is in Drvenik, 5min by car from our house, and for Pelješac is in Ploče, 15min by car from our house.

We have made every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If there are things that have escaped our attention, let us know.
We kindly ask dear guests not to smoke in apartments but on the terrace or balcony. We are enviroment frendly so you are able to give us old paper and plastics to be recycled.
Out of respect for our neighbours, noise is not permitted in period 23:00-07:00

Pay upon arrival

Upon arrival we can ask guest for security deposit ( returnable on the check out ). Reservation is confirmed after the payment ( percentage from total amount )
