Hotel Aplaus runby ELLA Litomyšl s.r.o. (hereinafter reffered to as “accommodation provider”)processes personal details in accordance with the EU regulations 2016/679 from27 April 2016, general regulation on personal data protection.2. I am advised thatin order to manage the book of guests, the following categories of personaldetails are processed: name, surname, date of birth, passport/ID number,permanent residence address, check-in and check-out dates, travel visa number, based on the personal details obtainedfrom the guest.3. I consent to thefact that, in order to contact the guest during their stay or afterwards, thefollowing personal details are processed: name, surname, telephone number,e-mail address, based on the personal details obtained from the guest or othersources.4. I consent to thefact that, in order to make the next stay of even higher standards, thefollowing personal details are processed: name, surname, guest’s requests andpreferences, based on the personal details obtained from the guest.5. The personaldetails will be processed manually as well as automatically via theaccommodation provider’s authorized employees, and via processor authorized bythe accommodation provider in accordance with contracts on personal detailsprocessing.6. Personal detailsprocessed for the book of guests will be processed based on the section 101,Czech law act 326/1999 on foreighners’ stay in the Czech Republic, for theduration of six years commencing on the date of the last entry.7. The guest mayaccess the personal details processed by the accommodation provider, have themchanged or deleted, alternatively have the processing limited. The guest hasthe right to object to their processing.
