The building has a large green courtyard with a children's playground (swing, climbing frame, sandpit), barbecue facilities and private parking. The house has free WIFI, and reception during the summer season. On the south coast of Lake Balaton, due to its excellent waterfront location and well-equipped apartments, it is a popular accommodation for those who wish to relax all year round.

"Porta nem volt így nehezen jutottunkbe. Sajon a tulajdonosal nem találkoztunk se a közvetitővel.Mivel nem értesítettek,hogy a légkondi nem műkődik és semmit nem kaptunk helyette.A pézt nem kaptuk vissza.Ha nekik van elvárásuk akkor nekik is teljesiteni kellene.Telefonáltunk 3-szor után se történt semmi.Már egy hónap is eltelt.Nekik ezt még ott voltunk már akkor kellet volna rendezni a vissza fizetést légkondival kapcsolatba.Üdv:Baumgartnerné"
