The holiday house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Galerius Thermal and Water Bath, near Siófok-Szabadifürdő.
Lake Balaton is 30 meters from the rear gate, where there is a 3 km free beach. There are buckets, children's playgrounds, water skis, and bicycle rentals at the waterfront nearby.
Within 50 meters of the cottage there is a shopping center with restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The city center can be reached on foot by a seasonal bus, by car or by foot. The train station is 100 meters away.
The environment is modern and elegant, satisfying every need.

The cottage is surrounded by a fenced condominium with its own parking space. Private apartments are located in the condominium.
The apartment is a ground floor, garden view apartment with two air spaces.
Living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. The bedroom has a double bed or cot (up to 3 years old) and a sofa bed in the living room. Optional extra bed. Maximum 4 + 1 persons can be accommodated. (4 adults 1 child)

The apartment is equipped with 2 hot plates, fridge, TV, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, kettle, iron, kitchenware, cutlery.

Bed linen is provided, towels must be brought.

At the end of the holiday you will be asked to make the final cleaning, and if necessary reimburse you.

Use of the pool is subject to a time limit, from 10:00 to 21:00 daily. To the pool, children's toys, mattresses, etc. can not be introduced.

Barbecue facilities are not provided.

Wifi, TV is available. There is no air conditioning, but it is not necessary for thermal insulation and the location of the apartment, even on the hottest summer days.

We ask for a deposit, which will be returned upon receipt of the apartment.
