Apartment for rent in the northern part of Pécs, 5 minute to city centre by car. It is located in basement of a semi-detached house with an own entrance. The flat's got a garden with furnitures and opportunity of grill.

"Koszos volt a fal, lyukas volt a lepedő, és minden szélfuvallat rázta az ablakot. Az ágy is kényelmetlen volt, a szélfuvallatok pedig nagy zajt csaptak, abszolút nincs hangszigetelés. Minden áthallatszik egyik szobából a másikba, valamint a nappaliból is felhallatszódik minden. Ezen felül a fürdőszoba sem volt a legtisztább, valamint a WC öblítőtartálya folyt, aminek a hangja egy hangos horkolásra emlékeztetett és természetesen egész éjszaka hallatszódott. A képek nem adják vissza a valóságot, illetve sok kép az üzemeltető saját lakrészéről készültek.. Ezen felül a tulaj finoman jelezte, hogy emelne az áron, miután látta milyen gépjárművel érkeztem. Senkinek nem ajánlanám ezt a szállást."

üdvözlöm. sajnos ez alapján nem tudom beazonositani,hogy ki is írta az értékelési és.melyik.szobáról.lehet szó, de le rí rólaa rosszakarat. ha valaki elolvassa a.többi értékelést megbizonyosodhat róla. egy kérdésem azért lenne. miért.nem jelezte felém a problémát? nem tudom milyen gépkocsival jött, de biztos nem volt.ilyen hogy emelnék az áron , ezt nem is tehetem meg.
