Areo Hotel & Restaurant Odorheiu Secuiesc

The Areo Hotel & Restaurant*** is located in the heart of Szeklerland region of Transylvania, in Odorheiu Secuiesc, which is known for being the oldest town in the Odorhei Basin. The hotel received its name from the derivation of the Areopolis, which represents the latin name of Odorheiu Secuiesc.The hotel opened its doors in 2012. In 2018 the building was fully renovated and equipped with the latest security systems.

The hotel, with its elegant and air-conditioned rooms, has been designed to provide a quiet and peaceful stay for our guests. All of the rooms offer amenities such as air-conditioning, telephone, LCD television with international and national channels, high-speed internet and a mini-bar. Every room in our hotel has its own bathroom equipped with high standard installations and amenities, such as hair dryer with a holder, cosmetic mirror, shampoo and shower gel, hand soap, towels, glass with a holder.

Furthermore, we have the most modern security system (fire detectors, card access into the building and into the rooms) which will ensure an undisturbed stay in our hotel.

In the hotel’s restaurant there is an extraordinary all you can eat buffet lunch, which is unique in our city. It includes a wide variety of cold appetizers, soups, main dishes, side dishes, salads and cakes. Our Á la Carte menu offers a varied selection of dishes inspired by local traditions, and also by international cuisine.

Our unit has three event halls, two smaller and a great event hall, with a capacity of almost 200 people. Our great event hall is the perfect choice for weddings, anniversaries, banquets, class reunions, corporate events and team buildings. The smaller ones are the perfect venue for conferences, courses, festive events, christenings, engagement and birthday parties because they can host up to 40-40 people separately, or they can be used united. The event halls are equipped with LCD televisions, speakers, air conditioning and free WI-FI access.
