"Rendkívül kedves, segítőkész a személyzet, mindenkit beleértve. A takarítónők nagyon szépen kitakarították a szobát az aktuális szobatakarításnál, mindenre (is) odafigyelve. Le a kalappal a munkájuk előtt, hasonlóval még nem találkoztam."

"A szálláshely éttermi/bár résźében ugyan szintén kedves és segítőkész mindenk, viszont arról előzetesen nem tájékoztattak, hogy a hidegtál válogatásból kimarad az étlapon szereplő olívabogyó és szárított paradicsom. Mert ezt nem kaptunk a 4000 forintos hidegtálhoz. A vega pizzára bazsalikomot kellett volna tenni az étlap szerint, helyette tele volt rukkolával, amit ki nem állhatok. Negatív csalódás volt sajnos a bár/étterem. Mindenesetre a tanuló srácok mellé mindenképp alkalmaznék tapasztalt séfet!"
