"Brak możliwości porozumienia się z osobami wynajmującymi. Podany w ofercie nr telefonu nieaktualny w momencie przejazdu do wynajmowanego domu. Mimo informacji kiedy przyjedziemy, wysłanych SMS-ów i maili po przybyciu nie było nikogo, brak kontaktu z osobami wynajmującymi. Brak możliwości interwencji przez portal Noclegi.pl (sobota, niedziela brak kontaktu). Oczekiwanie na pojawienie się wynajmujących ( ok. 3 godz.), już szukaliśmy innego noclegu."
