Description of the accommodation:
The house on the Beta beach is located on a fenced plot of 3,000 m2, it contains a private pool and a hydromassage pool. Pets are welcome. This ground floor apartment of 32 m2 consists of a living room with a fireplace, a smart flat screen TV and a sofa bed for 2 people; there are also two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds; fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, filter coffee machine and dining area. There is a bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and natural surroundings from the kitchen, dining room and living room or the covered terrace with comfortable furniture.
The house is fully equipped with everything necessary for a high standard of living: air conditioning, free internet, Smart TV. Next to the house there is a swimming pool with a terrace where there is a whirlpool which is covered and can be closed, a barbecue, a table for 6 people and deckchairs. From that part of the house there is a fantastic view of the sea and the olive grove. The maximum depth of the sea in the bay is 150 cm. Ours is a convenient beach to enjoy. Real swimmers can find a perfect spot 600m from the house.
The parking lot is located 50m from the house and is reserved with a sign for Beach house Beta.
